Happy Tuesday everyone!
How are you doing on this terrific Tuesday evening? All is well here. Shoot me a text or drop me a comment, I always love hearing from you.
Today was absolutely terrific. I took the advice of my friend Jan who texts me most mornings with a positive thought. Yesterday she texted and reminded me how important it is to start the day by counting our blessings. She reminded me of just how much we have to be thankful for. With that kind reminder, I woke up this morning and before getting out of bed I sat up and looked out my window at the incredible view of the hills and trees.
Today, my body decided enough is enough, so I ended up getting out of bed, took a shower, then put my pink stripped Cuddle Duds on and enjoyed a day out on my balcony. I think the reminder yesterday on gratitude and with my body saying you need a day at home, well, I took advantage of my day and had a terrific Tuesday despite the pain.
I took an online Zoom class on writing. I got to talk to my oldest son for quite a while. I was able to sort out all my DMC Floss for a project I’m going to make for my youngest son and his future wife and I laid low. I actually fell asleep for about an hour. I’ve never been a napper, but this surgery has changed that more than I like to admit.
Despite the pain, it was a terrific Tuesday. Being home and enjoying an entire day outside was amazing. I even watched the sun begin it’s decent behind the mountains. I took a few photos and thought I’d share.

I also captured a couple photos of my fire plant, at least that’s what I’ve been told it’s called. Since all the rain we had last week, its orange color has really popped. Isn’t she incredible?

My terrific Tuesday also had moments of one heck of a breeze. It was awesome being able to enjoy watching the trees and their leaves blowing. I’ve never had a palm tree and now I have an abundance of them. They are quite beautiful, especially when the wind is blowing.

So, before I say goodnight I have a question for you all. The photo below is looking out my kitchen window. I have so much space out on my side yard, however, I do look at a block wall, which I love. Anyway, I’m trying to come up with an idea to make the wall a piece of art. Thoughts? What would you do with the wall? HELP!!! I would welcome any and all suggestions, so shoot me a text or drop me comment.

I do need to power wash the wall. I’m told that the white marks are calcium build up, so once I’m fully recovered, I’ll at the very least, power wash my wall.
Today was a terrific Tuesday because I went into it with gratitude and appreciation.

Waking up and taking a moment, no matter how brief it is to remind ourselves that we will have a great day despite whatever may come our way is a great way to start any day of the week. Of course, not all days will be ones that are terrific. Some may be days of nothing but struggles and challenges, however, we don’t want to sit in the negative. If we can shift our thoughts, we can change the way we enter each day.

My terrific Tuesday was in part so awesome because I woke up with the attitude that no matter what was dealt to me, I’d find the positive in it. With my pain level being a tad high and with my body telling me to rest, I absolutely had a terrific Tuesday. I was able to enjoy my balcony to the fullest and I loved every moment of it.
Will tomorrow be a wacky Wednesday or will it simply be wonderful? I suppose it all depends on the attitude we wake up to and how we present ourselves to the world.
Well guys, thank you for stopping by and hey, if you have any great ideas on what to do with my wall, I’d love your advice.
Until next time, don’t forget, Love Life++ Hugs.
Sounds like you had a really good Tuesday
