Good Saturday Night

Just me checking in to say hi and I hope you all had a fabulous day. I’m not sure exactly where my day escaped to, but it did and I didn’t want to go to bed without saying goodnight to you all.

I hope your day was as beautiful as each of you. John and I concluded our Saturday celebrating our wonderful friend Trey’s birthday with our friends. We really enjoyed just some casual time talking and laughing and sharing what’s on our minds. I am thankful that I had tonight with our friends because I know it’s God’s way of reminding me in the most loving way how blessed we are to belong to such a wonderful community.

Sometimes when life is taking us on the crazy train we need His reminders of just how blessed we truly are.

A friend reached out to me this morning and she simply wanted to let me know she’s thinking of me and she wanted me to know she’s thinking of me as John and I navigate the adjustments to life with our home being tore up due to the water damage. She even invited me out for a visit to do a little shopping. It’s nice to know others care so much, especially when we are trying to stay afloat.

My dear friends, I hope you all have a wonderful evening. You are a huge part of the many blessing God has put into my life. Thank you for being along for the ride. Your support and encouragement are always so very much appreciated. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I’m honored to have this blogging community and I’m even more humbled by the friendships I’ve made here. I am blessed.
