Tea time and shenanigans

Happy Monday,

How are you all doing this evening? Did you have a good weekend? I hope so. It sure was a hot one here. Today it finally cooled down to the high 90’s. Yup, the high 90’s. The weekend welcomed us with temperatures over 100+ degrees, so anything below 100 is a good thing. Shoot me a text or drop me a comment, I’d love to hear from everyone.

I wanted to share some tea time photos with all of you. I went to tea with some friends on Friday and while it was truly exhausting, it was a nice afternoon. John and I joined some friends for sushi Friday evening, then on Saturday we spent the evening in San Diego celebrating Big John’s birthday and mine too. I got spoiled again.

Today I had to do the patency test followed by the TPI. UGH, 9 needle shots into my lower back and spine. Fingers crossed this helps. My doctor seems to think it will.

So with this being said, I’m going to turn in here real soon. I’m so tired and sore. Sleep in on the to-do list per doctors orders. He wanted 24 hours of lay low time, so I’m doing my best to listen.

I hope you enjoy the photos.

Until next time, sleep tight and don’t forget, Love Life++ Hugs.

I did take out some time Saturday morning to go to the Temple with my sis Jeannie. What an interesting and most beautiful place. I got to speak to a monk, the head monk and all I can say, this man illuminates kindness, love, grace and compassion. When he speaks a calm automatically made its way into the core of my being. I can’t wait to tell you all about the things I learned.

Below are some photos of a beautiful flower that captured my eye as I was leaving. Not sure what type of flower it is, but she sure is magnificent.

I’ll try and chat tomorrow. Good night.

    1. Hey you, you are so right. A tea party always makes a gal feel special. We dressed up and had our nice tea party hats on. It was a really nice time for sure.
The injections seem to be helping. I actually feel pretty okay right now.
I might need these for many years to come, but if they help, sign me up.
Hugs to you my dear friend.
