It really is a privilege

Hello my friends

Happy Saturday,

Hope you’re all doing well and enjoying this amazing weekend. I know I am.

John and I are headed to an 80th Birthday party for mama Sandy. Can’t wait to celebrate this incredible woman whose come into my life and adopted me as a daughter.

Sandy is one of many in my life who have and continue to encourage me to become who I’m truly meant to be.

I’m learning I’m not so bad after all. I’m riding my thoughts, one at a time that I like me. John’s of course my biggest supporter. I’m a work in progress and I still fall back into old ways of thinking, however, I want to become the best me.

So yes, it is a privilage to become who you truly are and not who everyone has told you you are.

Enjoy the journey my friends. Enjoy you. You’re pretty darn incredible.

Chat soon.

Until next time, don’t forget, Love Life++ Hugs

    1. Oh Mary, when I read this, it came out as a song. ” I love you just the way you are.”

Chorus from Just the Way You Are” Billy Joel

      I said, “I love you,” that’s forever
And this, I promise from the heart, mm, mm-hm, mm-hmm
I couldn’t love you any better
I love you just the way you are

Even though this was a love song, I think it’s fitting for everyone to remember the chorus,
      “I said, “I love you,” that’s forever
And this, I promise from the heart, mm, mm-hm, mm-hmm
I couldn’t love you any better
I love you just the way you are”

We are all so uniquely made and our friends, lovers, and those that stop by for a moment in our lives should only love us, just the way you are.

As Billy Joel said in the song, “Don’t go changing to try and please me
You never let me down before, mm, mm-hm, mm-hmm
And don’t imagine you’re too familiar
And I don’t see you anymore”

A great lesson, we should never go changing to try and please someone. We are either accepted or not and I am beyond grateful to you my dear sweet friend for putting this song into my head this evening. I needed the reminder.

Hugs and much love to you Mary.
