Christmas decorating day 5

Happy Thursday

How are you all doing on this fabulous Thursday night? One more day then it’s the weekend which means we are that much closer to Christmas. I am so behind. Goal set and that goal is to be done decorating by Sunday morning. We have Tate coming for the day so I thought it would be amazing to have everything done. Fingers crossed.

How are you all getting along with your decorating? I’d love to see your photos, so shoot me a text or drop me a comment. You always make my day hearing from you.

Today was a good day, though I woke up with a horrific headache. I struggled getting through the day though I was still grateful for being able to walk the golf course with the pups and paint with some friends at a paint and sip, dinner included.

I was so thankful that by the time I went to paint with my friends my headache had subsided enough to enjoy their company.

Below is a photo of what I painted:

Not my best painting and certainly not my worst.

This morning I also got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The photos don’t it justice, but I do hope you enjoy them:

When I got home from my walk this morning, I saw these leaves and thought how blessed we all are to have such beautiful pieces of nature to enjoy. There’s a first time for everything but a first for me was taking photos of the leaves. The colors are stunning. What do you think?

As I was admiring the many colors in each leaf, I looked up and saw my three buddies, Harold, Noel and Jack. They decided to hang out in the kitchen Christmas tree. I would have never noticed them if I didn’t up while admiring something as simple as a leaf.

Today I was surrounded by everything beautiful and full of Christmas colors. As I was driving home from painting I had to stop and take the last couple of photos for the day. The trees that line the causeway here in this incredible place that I get to call home. I just love my lake home.

I absolutely love lake life. I love my home and this amazing community. I love John and I’m so happy for this journey called life that we share.

Until next time, thank you for stopping by and taking the time to share a little bit of your day with me. Don’t forget, Love Life++ Hugs and goodnight.

    1. I would love that. I will for sure write something. I need another week or so, I’m trying to finish a class and I have a medical procedure I have to do on Tuesday. Hugs to you my friend.
