Christmas Day 4

Happy Wednesday evening,

How are you all doing on this wonderful Wednesday? How is all your decorating, cooking, entertaining plans and baking coming along? I can’t wait to see what you’re all up to, so send those photos so we can all be inspired.

Today I’m feeling pretty good about my Christmas decorations. I’ve been able to get 6 trees up. They still need decorations, but, they are up and I’m loving sitting here with only the trees lighting up my home. I still have 4 more trees to put up, but they’ll have to wait until tomorrow.

Harold, Noel and Jack decided to move to the kitchen. They found a nice spot on my Dr. Pepper truck that sits on my bakers rack.

Below is a photo of my three favorite elves:

I found a couple of my pillows and have placed them on the couch. Below is one of my favorite Christmas pillows:

John got busy today putting up our 8 foot elf. He’s so super cute. Below is Mr. Elf hanging off the roof of our garage:

Of course my frosty made his debut:

My bear and Mr. Little Elf on the shelf hanging out out front:

More outside decorations:

Got the boys Christmas table ready to set up village pieces tomorrow, which I am super excited about. I just love their trees.

I also set up a little 4 footer in the corner behind the couch.

And last but not least for trees, at least for tonight, here is the pencil tree that I put up in the little nook in my kitchen.

So this is how I spent my evening. Still lots to do, but I’m on a roll now and I can’t wait to get the other 4 trees up, the village and all the other trinkets I have.

A friend of mine shared this wonderful little quote about Christmas Trees and I thought tonight it would be appropriate to share with all of you.

Lessons from a Christmas Tree:

Be a light in the darkness.

It’s okay to fall over sometimes.

Bring joy to those around you.

Sparkle and twinkle whenever you can.

And remember, it’s perfectly fine to be a little tilted.

Read, Love and Learn.

Unknown.

My dear friends, enjoy the season and all it has to offer. Relax and take care of yourselves. It’s okay to take breaks. It’s okay to just enjoy the moments.

Until next time, don’t forget, Love Life++ Hugs
