Happy Monday evening,
How was your first day back to work or back to a routine now that Thanksgiving has passed? Got your home decorated for Christmas yet? Shoot me some photos, I’d love to see them. It inspires me seeing how everyone decorates.
I’m still slow in getting things done around our home but I am taking it one day at at time. I was able to buy out some time with one of my dearest friends this evening and we had the best time chatting, catching up and while she quilted, I worked on a bead project that I’m making for someone very special in my life. I’ll be sure to post photos once it’s done.
I just got home a little bit ago and thought I’d check in and share with you some of the progress I made today on my decorating but before I do I want to share some exciting news. Harold and Noel found a friend and brought him home. When I got up this morning I met Jack.
Below is a photo of Jack:

Jack was trying to hide under a Santa hat. Isn’t he adorable? I guess the elves know we believe, so we are blessed to have more of them one visiting our home.
Jack was a wonderful addition to our little family. I just hope the three of these guys don’t get into to much trouble. Fingers crossed.
Below are more photos of how things are beginning to come together. I still don’t have my trees up. Hopefully tomorrow I can at least get the big one put up.
I hope you enjoy the decorations so far.

One thing I forgot to share with you yesterday is I get to be the host home for Santa’s mailbox. The club I belong to here in the lake does a letter writing to Santa and then we get to deliver gifts to all the kids in the lake who write letters to Santa and drop them off in our little mailbox. We also give them a letter written by Santa’s elves and they get some reindeer food to leave out for Rudolph and staff. It’s so much fun and the kids just love getting their personalized letters and little gifts.
Christmas truly is the most magical time of year for me and I hope it is for you too.

Well guys, it’s time for me to be saying goodnight.
Until next time, don’t forget, Love Life++ Hugs.

It is getting there and I’m loving it. Are things beginning to look a lot like Christmas in your neck of the woods?

My home is certainly one of the most decorated on my little corner, but there are homes that are like WOW. I’ll be cruising around the city this weekend and I’ll capture lots of photos to share. How are things in your little corner of the world?

Who is the mind behind the elves? Is it John?

Haha, nope. All me. It was his idea to decorate the outside in elves, but the rest of the elf stuff is all me

I really love your artistry, sort of Norman Rockwell “ish”

I love Norman Rockwell’s work. Perhaps that’s what drew me to this. I just love this painting.

Thank you Mr. Torres. Yesterday I got to talk to a couple little ones who were dropping of letters to Santa. This little girl who is 4 said to me, “you’re not an elf.” I said no I’m not, but the elves stop by every evening to pick up letters so they can take them back to Santa. She smiled, then she got back on the golf cart with her parents and drove off waving. She made my day.
May God continue blessing you and your family. Hugs to all of you.
