Quick look into my day

Happy Monday evening,

How is everyone doing on this fabulous Monday? Did you enjoy your weekend? I’d love to hear all about it so shoot me a text or drop me a comment, it’s always wonderful hearing what everyone is up to, even if what your up to is enjoying a quiet day at home.

This weekend was a busy one for me again. John and I worked on adding more decorations to our outside Halloween. I also set up more of my village pieces. I actually made a small platform. I think it turned out pretty good. Below are some photos of the platform I built, let me know your thoughts, I would truly appreciate it.

So this is what I did. I added moss to the platform, all the plants and trees and then placed my cute little house right on top. I think it turned out pretty cute. I love the way I added the garland and lights to the lower part of the base. I’m not sure I’ll be adding any more Halloween Village pieces around the house this year. I may just put the rest of the Halloween away and get ready to start creating my Christmas Village platforms.

In the meantime I’ll enjoy what decorations I do have out. I am enjoying all the lights. This most definitely is my favorite time of year. Halloween through Christmas.

I think using my imagination is what I love most about Halloween and Christmas. I love creating villages and making them come to life.
